Each month a new heart-lifting challenge for kids to try:

August’s Goal:
Do ONE brave thing every day in August,
and then color in a heart on your challenge sheet to keep track!
Daily Brave Ideas
(Pick one each day!)
Say “hello” to someone new.
Try a new food or snack.
Share a toy or game without being asked.
Ask a question in class or at camp.
Do a chore before someone tells you.
Read a book for 10 minutes by yourself.
Invite someone to play.
Draw a picture and give it to someone.
Try a game you’ve never played before.
Give a compliment.
Stand up for a friend.
Learn a new word and use it.
Teach someone something you know.
